The Role

We seek an experienced Programme Manager to join our team. This position will oversee the successful delivery of complex consulting, strategy, business and technology programmes for private and public enterprise clients. The Programme Manager will establish Programme management excellence across the organisation, optimise delivery processes, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, mentor a team, and drive business operations, including programme profitability, forecasting, and staff utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Operations.
  • Oversee project management strategy and operations, aligning them with business goals and client needs.
  • Drive innovation in our delivery approach to maximise efficiency and client value.
  • Drive business operations, including project and client profitability, staff utilisation, and operational efficiency
  • Serve as the ultimate escalation point for client projects and provide executive-level guidance to resolve issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.

Delivery Excellence:

  1. Oversee a portfolio of private and public enterprise client engagements, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
  2. Create programme blueprints, roadmaps, and resource schedules across multiple teams.
  3. Implement robust programme governance frameworks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  4. Develop standardised reporting systems to provide transparency on programme progress, risks, issues and performance metrics.
  5. Maintain best-in-class programme management methodologies, tools, and processes.

Commercial Management:

  1. Oversee project profitability across the client portfolio and drive financial performance
  2. Develop accurate forecasting models for resource planning and revenue recognition
  3. Identify and pursue opportunities for programme scope expansion and additional revenue streams
  4. Collaborate with sales teams on proposals and pitches for new business opportunities
  5. Scope and cost projects whilst also supporting business development initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
  2. Agile certification is required.
  3. Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban is highly desirable.
  4. 5+ years of experience in Programme Management across private and public sector.
  5. Experience in digital analytics is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge:

  1. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches).
  2. Proficiency with project management and resource planning tools.
  3. Experience with financial management systems.
  4. Experience leading enterprise-level data solutions
  5. Understanding of digital analytics platforms and the Google Marketing Stack is advantages: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery and Google Cloud, Looker Studio, and Google Ads
  6. Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
